Bemis offers a complete line of compatible top webs and lidding systems to complement our base web products. Whether you require a stiff, flat top web with lay-flat characteristics or a pliable film that moulds to the shape of the product, you’ll find it at Bemis.
Bemis’ films range from economical, all-purpose structures to heat-resistant laminates for convenience foods and advanced coextruded materials for the ultimate in strength, clarity and barrier. Most top web and lidding materials are available in peelable, high-barrier, anti-fog or UV grades.

EZ Peel™ – opening feature enables consumers to open packages easily without scissors or a knife. Unlike conventional peelable films which use a contaminated PE Sealant, Bemis Europe's innovative EZ-Peel films guarantee a smooth and consistent peel on every package.
EZ Peel™ to Mono-APET – combines the easy-open feature of EZ Peel™ technology with the recyclability of the rigid film to reduce Grüner Punkt taxation levels. This new pack provides outstanding clarity to enhance the visual impact of the product.
ICE films – proprietary 7-layer, nylon-based coextruded films with superior barrier, clarity and forming characteristics.
Opalen films – a versatile high-barrier laminate that extends the shelf life of sensitive materials.
Opalen HB – a high-barrier packaging material with added EVOH barrier for longer shelf life. Increases gas barrier 10 times compared to standard Opalen. Available in peelable, anti-fog/peelable and UV barrier grades.
Opalen Peel – an Opalen film with a soft, easy-to-open peel.
Opalen AF – an anti-fog film engineered for modified-atmosphere packaging of products with high humidity. Stops fog formation.
Opalen HB/UV – a film with ultraviolet barrier for sliced meat products and other light-sensitive products. Preserves colour and extends shelf life.
Peel-Reseal™ – feature enables consumers to re-close the package. It is the first Peel-Reseal material that seals directly to mono-APET; providing economic and performance advantages versus the typical PET/PE rigid package.
PET Blister Pack Lidding Film - A revolutionary alternative to the traditional paperboard applications for personal care products, cleaning products and air fresheners. Lock-Seal, E-Z Peel and Peel-Reseal versions improve consumer convenience and provide innovative solutions for APET & GPET blister packages.
Polarthene – a unique polyolefin packaging material that is crystal-clear and highly puncture- and stretch-resistant. Allows cost reduction with increased product protection for personal care, medical, food, snack, DIY and industrial applications.
Therm – a heat-resistant top web suited for boil-in-bag applications such as fish, poultry and potato products.
Therm P – a sterilizable flexible film that withstands heat up to 121°C. Ideal for boil-in-bag applications including root vegetables and poultry. Available in yellow, anti-fog and peelable grades.
SkinTite™ - A system which combines 2 product ranges for Thermoforming and Tray Sealing applications. Excellent product draping or "second skin effect" enhances presentation and fixes products securely in position to prevent drip-loss and movement during transportation or vertical presentation on retail shelves. With a range of products for low and high profile applications, full surface skin sealing ensures a hermetically sealed package even through areas of contamination from sauces or oil.
Vac M – a clear top web ideal for packaging that moulds to the shape of the product.
